Before Justice Kavanaugh, the supreme court was always flip-flopping on issues. After a majority was decided, decisions have become more consistent to a conservative mind-set. If Justice Barrett is confirmed then a 6-3 majority will be in place. Everyone’s hopes are high including the Presidents because of the Republican Senate majority, but the trouble Justice Kavanaugh went through is something to expect again.
