What Trump Thinks About Bidens VP Kamala Harris

In a press conference on Wednesday, President Trump told what he thinks about Joe Biden picking California Senator Kamala Harris to be his running mate in the 2020 election.

He said that during the democratic primary there was no one “more insulting to Biden that she was”. An example of that is her calling Biden out for showing off his work with senators in favor of segregation and how he was against busing. She said that was especially offensive to her because when she was a little girl she was “part of the second class to integrate public schools” and that she rode a bus to school everyday.

Before he announced his run for the Oval Office, Harris was asked what she thought about Biden running, she responded, “He’s going to have to make that decision for himself. I wouldn’t tell him what to do”.

Trump mentioned how at at least one point Harris said she believed the women who came forward in 2019 with sexual assault allegations against him. “I believe them, and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it”.

When Biden was asked about the allegations against him he said, “Social norms are changing. I understand that, and Iíve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. Thatís my responsibility and I will meet it.” So he never denied that they happened in fact he sort of admitted that they did happen but he blamed it on it being socially normal at the time but that now it isn’t.

Biden Sets Top Pandemic Goals

President Trump noted that Harris falls short when it comes to providing facts and that his VP, Mike Pence, will do very well against her. Probably even more so than he did against Senator Tim Kaine.

The President continued that now out of nowhere, after being vocal about her disapproval of Biden, that she’s running to the White House to be Vice President. He said, “I was surprised he picked her because of the horrible way she talked about him, and frankly because of way she dropped like a rock. Generally speaking you donít want to pick somebody that went down.”
